ENZO BUTCHER'S BLOCK

Enzo does not hold or store much ...that's Luigi's job. Instead, Enzo is the stocky butcher's block on which you can smack, cut and hack to your heart's content without worrying about accessories and utensils flying off.
As much as Luigi is OTT, Enzo is more the minimalist kind with just one drawer, grooves on the top block to store knives and a pull-out wooden tablet to add extra working space when you need it.

Design Your Own Enzo is made with short blocks of sleepers held together by heavy duty nuts and bolts, fitted with a thick hardwood cutting block, a retractable wooden tablet, a few grooves for Chef's knives, 2 X stainless steel handle bars and of course four wheels for easy manoeuvrability.
